Product traceability

The company uses the quality module in MES to establish a quality management database according to the actual production process and quality control key points. Combined with tracking technologies such as SPC detection station traceability, machining production line FRDI traceability, and full-process traceability, it realizes the full-process control of production information. Through MES big data statistics and mining, it achieves continuous quality improvement in new product R&D. Taking the full-process traceability technology as an example, this technology can record the quality control point data from raw material warehousing, production links, finished product warehousing and shipment, and the customer side through product QR code identification scanning and real-time database entry, and connect to MES to automatically generate quality management reports and quality analysis data diagrams. Scanning code traceability accurately and quickly completes the positioning of quality problems.
